▪️ Over 100 million potentially malicious attempts to compromise election-related resources have been blocked;

▪️ Russian citizens are demonstrating a high level of unity during these elections, despite external pressure;

▪️ The campaign is proceeding calmly; "enemies cannot understand Russia";

▪️ On the first day of voting, Russia received only 23 reports regarding difficulties in the exercise of observers' rights;

▪️ On September 20, only three complaints were received concerning difficulties with the exercise of observers' rights;

▪️ All complaints submitted to the Central Election Commission (CEC) are reviewed immediately;
