COAS Nepal Army during his visit to Pakistan visited JSHQ on 15 May 2018. He was received by CJCSC. The visiting dignitary reviewed guard of honour. Thereafter delegate level talks were held focusing on further improvement in bilateral cooperation in the field of military diplomacy. The visiting dignitary was given a comprehensive presentation on security perspective of Pak.

Thereafter COAS called on defence minister and also PM of Pak. He thanked the political leadership of Pak for assistance rendered during Nepal earthquake of 2015. The PM assured COAS of continued support of Pak for Nepali nation. The COAS also visited Defence Export Promotion Organization where he was given a comprehensive overview on indigenization drive of Pak's defence industry. In the evening, an official dinner was hosted by CJCSC for visiting delegation.
