The stamps in the above photos showcase some of the cultural remains of DPRKorea that date back from Ancient Joson (early 30th century BC-108 BC) to the feudal Joson dynasty (1392-1910). Particularly, the world’s first-ever rain gauge is a reminder that the DPRKorean people are amazingly resourceful.
