Rajendra Mahato who had once threatened to cut all fingers pointing India for all Nepal ailments is leading the Madhesh agitation. His irritation is also understandable as he has not been a minister for quite some time now. He is not just enraged towards the Pahadi ruling elites but is equally irritated towards his partners in agitation.

The Sadvawana Party Chairman claimed talking to media men in Parasi claimed that Upendra Yadav and Mahanta Thakur headed to Kathmandu (Pahadi capital) to please their Pahadi masters (Chakari garna).

He has thus been left along in Madhesh to lead the rampage.

Mahato also urged Chairman Yadav of Federal Socialist Forum Nepal and Chairman Thakur of Tarai Madhesh Loktantrik Party to shun their ‘greed for power’. Look who is talking!

“What else can I say? The entire Madhesh is agitating, people are dying for the Madhesi cause and the two leaders have quietly sneaked to Kathmandu. What could be the reason,” he asked.

He also urged Madhesi CA members representing all parties to quit the CA and join the ongoing movement in Madhesh.

Mahato also alleged that it was the government that is creating fissures between Madhesi and Pahadi community.

“We want our demands met with minimal loss. We can take stronger action is required. We can even capture the government offices and impose a blockade.”
